Vehicle Description

Iconic as they get, a real 1932 Ford with beautifully chopped and filled top. Beach Boys, "She's my little Deuce coupe, you don't know what she's got." Well, a 350 roller-cammed Chevy motor, runs nice with that cam lope so you know it's not stock 350 fare. A nice sounding exhaust. I replaced its former Muncie 4-speed with a Tremec 5-speed - perfect gearing for city and freeway. 70 mph = 2,000 rpm. Gets something over 20 mpg. Sanderson heat-coated headers - no discoloring. Red Ultra Leather type interior, air conditioning, tilt-wheel, Moon gauges. Pete and Jake's chassis with impeccable chrome and stainless steel undercarriage, drilled and chromed Super Bell axle, hair pins, ladder bars, plus the iconic polished Franklin/Winters Quick-Change. Steers and handles well. Real finned aluminum drum brakes -- not discs with imitation covers. Chrome 40 Ford backing plates, etc. No zip ties anywhere. I have not seen a real '32 this authentic sixties style in years. It should have different tires than these modern radials, but I'll leave that to you. Everybody respects this car and its build quality, probably $125 to $150,000 several years ago. For example: notice the hood shaped around the headers with Dzus fasteners. I was told by a local builder he would charge $200,000 to build it today – if you could find a real 1932 three window body to start with. Many states are revising their title laws to disallow registering plastic and steel reproduction cars as true Fords, Chevys, etc. This car is real with vin numbers, plates, etc. No registration issues, ever. Currently registered to me personally in California. I might be offered more than the asking price, so if you've been waiting for a real one, now's the time. I need to move. This is a solid deal, and the value will only go up.
