For Sale: 1972 Chevy C/K10 Shortbed 4x4 Pickup. A nicely done restoration with numerous first class upgrades incorporated into this build. These trucks are becoming rarer and harder to find all the time; the recent Truck Craze has created a popular & overly active market for these trucks, see Barrett Jackson.
This truck only has approximately 2,100 miles on it since it had a frame off, full body & chassis restoration/rebuild. They used everything they needed to keep this all original GM by having a couple of other chassis' to scavenge from. The body was painted in a cream color with all satin black accents throughout. The normal but dangerous behind the seat fuel tank was removed & an aftermarket tank was installed under the bed w/the fuel filler door moved to the inside and rear of the bed. The frame was inspected and no damage or cracks were found. The transfer case as well as the differentials have been rebuilt. The front & rear suspension, steering gear & gearbox have also been rebuilt and/or replaced where necessary. The Wheels have been powdercoated satin black and have 31" Hankook boots on for a nice stance & a great ride.
Under the hood is a new Blueprint 383 Longblock & a rebuilt 700R4 transmission have been installed. The 383 is complemented by a March Serpentine system, FI Tech Fuel injection system, a complete MSD integrated Ignition system, Powermaster XS Torque Starter & Headers. The Cooling system is also new w/aluminum radiator, hi volume waterpump, SS Radiator hoses w/heat shrink clamps. Also added to this build was a new sure fit Vintage Air AC/Heater kit.
The interior was also nicely redone keeping the factory dash unmolested w/EMS Billet steering wheel kit, factory AC controller that controls the Vintage Air, Upgraded radio/stereo system, restored door panels & handles along with custom built & leather upholstered bench seat. Really nice & comfortable cab. This truck is the total package, so if this is what you're looking for, jump on it before it's gone. Call for a showing & test drive. Thanks
