ESTATE SALE 1932 3-Window Ford Coupe. All-original Henry Ford Steel Body (not a reproduction or fiberglass. Every piece came together from the factory in 1932). $400,000.00 Invested. Built to contend for the coveted Ridler Award but NEVER debuted in public. One owner for last 40 years. Perfect body with no rust or damage. Custom built by some of the biggest and best names in the industry including; Pete Chapouris, Ron Covell, Joe Baylon, Richard Riddell, Frank Lopez, and many more. Coupe was to be called “Triple Threat” (King of the Street, Strip and Show). Featuring a Littlefield blown and injected 426 Chrysler Hemi engine and hundreds of custom chassis and body modifications. Rotisserie-built, seamless frame and cab. Everything flows together with mirror-image paint and graphics underneath to match exterior. Some modifications include; chopped top, filled roof and cowl, reversed door hinges, one-piece fenders and running boards, seamless and integrated roll cage. Bobbed rear fenders with molded pan (notice fender edge beading continues all around), frenched parachute mount (parachute still in box), sculpted deck lid with wing, frame and running boards fully boxed and joined to body. Everything is finished in steel and body-worked by the masters. Trunk-mounted radiator with Ferrari-style air scoops. Shortened, grill shell (boxed in w/billet grill insert), frenched nitrous bottle. Hood is meticulously fabricated around injector hat. Smooth firewall relieved around engine with belt line continuation. Recessed one-piece windshield. Boxed in trunk and wheel tubs, Hand-fabricated dash flows into custom doors, frenched-in Pro Comp Gauges, hand-built center console and overhead console.....and, much, much more. Machinist spent two years hand fabricating billet brackets and one-of-a-kind parts. Car is painted (nearly black) charcoal grey with pearlescent (nearly invisible) purple ghost flames. Drive train is painted a lighter shade of grey, highlighted with polished stainless, aluminum and nickel. One-of-a-kind Hemi valve covers are perhaps the most expensive handmade valve covers in existence. Completely hand-built interior with aluminum and glove leather seats, headliner, door panels and floorboard by legendary Frank’s Hot Rod Upholstery. Engine block and transmission are ground and polished like glass. Other features include; Billet Specialties Wheels, custom made smoked glass, onboard fire system, aluminum steering column and pedals, custom aluminum fuel tanks, fully polished 727 Torque Flight w/one-of-a-kind shifters, hand-machined nitrous plate, power windows, remote door openers, handmade oil pan, hand-built zoomie headers, driveshaft-driven alternator, Vertex magneto, stainless allen head hardware throughout, state-of-the-art wiring and electronics by one of California’s finest. Independent front suspension. Polished stainless four-link rear suspension. Adjustable coil-overs, disc brakes. Narrowed vintage Oldsmobile rear-end with Moser Axles (custom-built with anti-flex strut body-worked and finished with polished billet inlay). Rear differential is a “piece of art.” Entire Deuce Coupe is a work of art and the epitome of a true Hot Rod. Always stored in climate-controlled showroom/garage. Never driven, Zero miles, still as new. This was the pride and joy of owner’s private street rod collection. He intended to dominate the biggest shows in America. Sadly, he succumbed to illness.
