This epic 1932 Ford Phaeton Tudor Hi-boy Roadster of the finest quality and has several outstanding features
which set it apart and envied from any other Hi-boy Roadsters. This So-Cal Pro-build is based on a Wescott
Tudor body This is a Custom Roadster w/removable Carson top and considered the best Ford Phaeton example in the Country, from hi-dollar choice builders. This $75K build is a testament to just how well they've honed their craftsmanship. The Boyd's Yellow paint is amazing as is the Roadster Shop matching yellow chassis underneath w/Tan pin stripping and is a brilliant contrast with desert tan leather and matching tan Carson removable top.
Chassis
The Roadster Shop chassis package was the order of the day. A Pete & Jakes chrome front axle and fully polished stainless steel ft. suspension is equipped with modern rack & pinion steering. In the rear is a street prepped fully polished Currie rear-end Ford 9" and center section w/3:26 gears. Controlled with 4-link polished and Alden collovers. Drum rear brakes and Wilwood 11" rotors on the ft. wheel drilled disc brakes. Speedway ft. & rear chrome spreader bars, '37 LED Tail-lights.
Engine
Chevy 350 engine is mated to a Turbo 350 trans with Lokar shifter. Sanderson street rod headers.
Stainless steel gas tank by Tanks, Inc. It has a custom 2" steel x-over exhaust, custom oval polished rear tips
w /Flowmaster mufflers. Hagan steel 3-pc. Hood & latch system.
Wheels, Tires & Misc.
Classic American Racing Torque-Thrust Wheels were the classic manufacture of
choice for the rear 20" X 10" wide wheels and matching 17" X 8" up ft. Custom. Painless wiring system. Lokar shifter. Custom Howe radiator and SPAL electric fan - runs 180F.
Interior - Tan leather bench seat & matching leather door panels. AutoMeter 5-set gauges set-in custom
smooth Wescott dash. Lime works alum. column and Classic 4-spoke steering wheel. Seats 4 -5 comfortably.
