More info to answer FAQS: This truck began it's life as an EOD CUCV M1008 1 1/4 Ton in Desert Storm over in Iraq. The 5.2L diesel engine rebuild (typo below) was done through offroaddesign.com

The engine in this truck in the original rebuilt 6.2L diesel engine. Not the Chevy as written in the ad. That Chevy is in my '52 Pontiac for sale. Doing too many things at once...
Totally bad-ass Army vehicle. 85' Chevy 4x4 Army Cargo/Equipment Carrier. Spent it's tour of duty overseas during the War in Iraq. Used during the war to tow equipment, machinery, etc. Imported by a mechanic, sold to two Vets and then purchased by me. Good luck finding another one! Many upgrades including new transmission, first and secondary cooling system, and more. Bench seat in the bed with seat belts for kiddos and friends. Lifted with 37" tires. Dayna 60 axles. One ton frame. Original big block Chevy 350 engine. May have alternate fuel capabilities. Doors are designed to be removed to enjoy the warmer weather. Custom Camo paint job. Small rust spot over driver side door but body and frame clean for it's age. Make every woman stare and every man jealous. A real conversation starter. Loud and proud! Cool accents throughout maintaining the heritage and legacy of this rare military vehicle. Moving overseas otherwise would never sell.
